Japan Times at "Aux Bacchanales"

I saw the Japan Times Weekend Scene at French style cafe "Aux Bacchanales", but the sad thing is female customers picked the paper saying, "Oh this is good for wraping vegetables."

I don't think they knew a JT writer was just behind them.

Tile floor

So this is where I was today for interview. The building was old and a bit spooky, but it was quite interesting, especially this tiled floor.

And when I arrived at a nearby station, it was snowing! めっちゃ寒いです。

No Man's Land

I waited 1.5 hours but it was worth visiting the exhibition "No Man's Land" at French Embassy in Minami Azabu. The exhibition is open until 18 Feb, I think. I wish I had brought my digital camera...

I attended this artist's workshop in Hong Kong. (above)

Kumamoto Castle

I like tramway.
Kumamoto castle. Its stone walls are HUGE!
My usual jumping picture (see how big the wall is).
"Musha gaeshi" - even a ninja cannot climb up.

A fake samurai and dog.

Hatsumode at Dazaifu Shrine

It was freezing, but we waited in this long queue to make a new year wish.
My paper oracle says I have to continue making efforts....

I'm supposed to "purify" my hands here, but it was too cold to do so.
